Refund policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost during transit.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or personal expectations.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@serendipityco.store with your order number, clear photos of the item, and a description of the issue. We may request additional evidence to evaluate the case.
If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us at support@serendipityco.store. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund.
If your request is approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have already started and cancellation will not be possible.
