Processing Time All orders are processed within 2β5 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and delivered within approximately 5β10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24β48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Print-on-Demand Fulfillment All products are made to order through our production partner. This means each item is created specifically for you, which may slightly extend processing times but ensures quality and uniqueness.
Delays While we strive to deliver your order on time, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods. Serendipity Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Incorrect Address Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@serendipityco.store with your order number, clear photos of the item, and a description of the issue. We will review your case and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund.
