Products & Orders All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. This means each item is produced specifically for you after purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud or errors in product or pricing information.
Pricing & Payments All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store your payment information.

Returns & Refunds We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@serendipityco.store with your order number, clear photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have already started and cancellation will not be possible.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection or color preference
- Personalized or custom products
- Sale items or gift cards
Serendipity Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
